What is the Wheel Strategy?

Think of it like this...

You're buying a rental property and you’re going to invest a certain amount of money to buy it. The property (stock) value could increase or decrease over time, but you’re not so concerned with that, you’re more concerned with the rent (premiums) you collect on that investment each month.
